All District Honor Band

This weekend I went to EDBDA Honor Band its where top kids that play different instruments in our district come and play songs for a concert with a guest conductor. All I can say was that it was amazing more like extremely awesome. I meet new people and I saw this one guy that I knew when I was around 4 or 5 it was cool. It was an overnite trip so we went to Chili's and Wallmart and we went swimming (indoor pool). I can not explain how amazing it was. I also liked it because I was with kids my own age and was challenged with the music. And by the way I play tenor saxophone, I probably should have that earlier, o well. Yummy Treats

This week I went to my bff"s house and it was so much fun. We made cookies, watched Confessions of a Shopaholic(amazingly funny) and Prince of Prince(best action movie ever), played on my guitar and had ice cream for breakfast! Well anyway I wanted to show you some good little treats that are so good and easy to make like Chocolate Covered Pretzels.

Chocolate Covered Pretzels-
Ingredients~
Pretzels- any kind stick,regular or whatever
Chocolate-any kind white, milk,dark
Other~
2 pots one filled with water about 1/3 full
 another pot with the chocolate
cooling rack or parchment paper to lay pretzels on

Directions-

1.put the pot filled with water on the stove let it come to an almost boil then put on low
2.put the chocolate in the other pot and put that pot into the pot with water but do not let the pan with 3.chocolate touch the bottom over the other pan
4.stir chocolate un till it becomes smooth
5.dip pretzels in the chocolate and set on cooling rack etc.
6.let air dry
7.and then you a delicious treat!!!!!!!

Christmas

Well I hope everyone enjoyed there CHRISTmas I know I did. I love Christmas it is my favorite holiday not because of the presents or cookies or any other Christmas item. I love it because our savior Jesus Christ was born. Remember that Jesus is the reason for the season.

Anyway I know Christmas isn't about the presents but I wanted to share something that I got drumroll please................................................................................................................................................ a guitar!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, an acoustic guitar. I love music and have been wanting a guitar for a while and I got one and on that note I got Elvis Presley Monopoly!! I like Elvis too.

Traveling

So I got off of school friday at 10:00 and about an hour later I got into our black prius and we were of to Pennsylvania. We drove for a total of 20 hrs and finnaly pulled into the driveway and we unpacked and I had fun. Anyway the reason I havent posted in a while is I was traveling and i spent the night at my aunts house. This is the first time I have had a chance to post.

so i have fallen in love with Instagram an my new band buddy not literally. I have been so extremely busy but i have made a commitment to post every other day if I don't please email and remind me, seriously. So it seems like to me i haven't posted in 5 years not really i just typed that and didn't feel like erasing that or deleting I have heard both ways anyway I thought I would catch you up on my life since it has been five years ( that was a joke so laugh jk). Rhema Lights and Fun Times

Rhema lights are this park at this church rhema and they light are AMAZING they secronize they lights to music and i have gone to days in a row and i got hot chocolate, funnel cakes, twixes and sour punch straws and then i went to the mall and got pink perfume and i smells amazing :) and i had fun . Rite now i am watching shows from way back when like The Wonder Years, Andy Griffith Show and many more. If you hadn't realized by now i LOVE old things vintage antique u name it i love it. So tonight is the OSU and Ou game and those are oklahomas colleges and there is a rivalry between which one is better i personally like OSU yay go orange!!!!!!!!!! Anyway...... and orange is winning of course. Well i have to get back to my show ha ha.... bye now.

Thanksgiving Break

I am a Jesus Freak. R u???

so i am a Jesus Freak as mentioned as before and i Love God over the past  few weeks i have been really reading the Bible and praying for me to have a better relationship with him. And its only been like a week but i can tell the difference if you put your faith in him and let him take care of you and get rid of all darkness he will truly transform you. So i definitely encourage you to begin or continue with your walk with God because he will change your life.

Hey everyone sorry i haven't posted in a long time 6 days to be exact{i think that's a record!!} Anyway... my birthday was good and i had so much fun i hung and with my bff and had Starbucks every night and watch movies every night I don't have any pictures because I left my camera at school I do that a lot. Excitement

I am super duper excited for 4 reasons

1. In about 4 days i will be a in car driving to Pennsylvania to visit my bff for my birthday
2. In 6 days November 12th to be exact it will be my 13th Birthday
3.Today i checked on the stats of my blog and it said i have 2 views from Italy {i love italy just in case ya didn't know :) }
4. Honor Band auditions at Fort Gibson High School went pretty good and i found out that they only take 2 people and there was 5 tenor saxophones{that is what i play} and only 3 showed so i have a really good chance

Surprise

Well i have a surprise but first i have a question. Well tomorrow i am going to Fort Gibson for Honor Band audition and if i make it i will in January go to this place {i don not remember the name} and it is an overnight trip and we will be staying at a hotel and go to a movie then January 6 we will play at a concert of about 100 hundred kids. So if you pray for Me and my friend Madison to get in it. If you do i will gratefully appreciate it.

Well for the surprise something awesome is going to happen to you tomorrow that involves this blog{kinda}

A Little Message

So i was reading in my devotional and it was about "Choosing Friends Wisely".

It really stood out to me because it is so true.

 My example of having to choose my friends wisely is about school . I go to a Christian Private School{no that is not the name of it } and even though it is Christian there is so many different types of people. Of course there is the popular kids the Jesus freaks kids and "nerds". And for me it is important to not let people influence me to do wrong and hang out with "popular people" because if you haven't notices the type pf person you hang around you become like them when you are with them.Example- say you are with a quiet calm person, you wouldn't be all noisy and loud because they are being quiet right???same as if you were with a loud person you wouldn't really be quiet. Well it is the same with Christians and un-Christians. you want to hang around people who are Christian and really truly believe in God because if you hang out Christian people you will be encouraged to persue you faith in God but if you hang around people who say they are Christians but don't really truly serve Him, they may bring you down and tempt you to do some wrong things. And i realize that you may be saying "But i hang out with them because i am trying to witness to them" well most times it is easier to bring someone down than bring them up. I am not saying that is always the cause but if are going to do that you need to be really strong in your faith with God so you will be ready to face trails of the devil. 

In the Bible it says"...do not associate with unpure people" So choose your friends wisely.

Well I hope you got something out of this and took it to heart.
